Servicer 2005 is an integrated software solution for tracking customer and servicing information in an easily accessible data-based format that allows for quick retrieval and alteration of information.
Servicer 2005 provides an extensive customer database to store and track all of your customer´s data. Name, address, contact and local council information can be stored, along with details of their system, installation and commission dates. Data is stored in individual cards that can be called up with a single click for instant alteration.
Servicer 2005 also provides a complete service data basing and tracking system, individualised for each customer. A simple click will bring up an entire service history for the client, listing the exact date of services past, as well as proposed services months in the future.
An easy-to-use service card system allows entry of details such as date, agent attending, test results, observations, actions performed, pump/blower details & status and recommendations for future services. These details are readily accessible for review once entered, and can be easily compared across multiple services.
An extremely helpful feature is the ability to display on screen a list of all customers requiring scheduled services in any particular month. The service agent can fill in a service record and leave a copy at the address. Simplified details off this sheet can be entered onto your PC. Should a treatment system owner ring your office you can instantly display their systems previous, current and future services with a complete system service history on accessible record. |
